When will I be required to enter my Google Authenticator token code?
Google Authenticator, along with your "birthday" and SMS Authenticator is a great way to add extra security to your account. This is why we recommend keeping it as a part of your account security.
Once you've added it to your account, you will be required to enter your Google Authenticator token along with your username and password when you login to your Dynadot account.
You will also be required to enter it anytime you unlock your account. Unlocking your account is required for certain account functions such as editing your account info and unlocking your domains.
If you are using both Google Authenticator and SMS Authentication, you will need to enter both along with your "birthday" to unlock your account, but at login you will only be required to enter your Google token code after your username and password.
