How do I edit an order I have not checked out yet?


When you add something to your shopping cart, it should appear briefly in the upper right corner of our website. You can edit your order from within our shopping cart. To edit your order, please follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Shopping Cart in the upper right-hand corner of our website and then click "Edit Cart."
  2. If you want to remove something from your cart, you can simply click the "X" button next to the item you want to remove. (Domain privacy will automatically be removed with the domain it's for.)
  3. Many of our products have multiple options that you can select using a drop down. Examples are the number of years to register or renew your domain, a monthly versus an annual plan for our website builder, or the number of years you want for your SSL certificate.
  4. When you are done editing your order, click the "Checkout" button to submit your order.
