How do I set up my auto-renew payment method for Dynadot's Website Builder?


Our Website Builder plans are set to auto-renew by default. However, to ensure successful auto-renewal of your Website Builder plan, you will need to follow these steps to set up your payment method:

  1. Sign in to your Dynadot account.
  2. Select the "Website Builder" tab in the main menu.
  3. Click "Payment Settings" under the "Settings" column.
  4. You can select either Account Balance or Credit Card (you will need to enter your credit card info).
  5. Click on the "Change" button to save your changes.

NOTE: To ensure your auto-renewal order is successful, you need to have up-to-date credit card information or enough account credit to cover the renewal. You must also have account credit in the same currency as your preferred currency.
