Hi,

I've purchased a domain name on 17-Aug-2012 (Order id: 1869580) and I've completed the phone number verification on 18-Aug-2012. The 'Account Summary' page shows the order status as 'Processing'.
Could you please tell me when the order processing will be completed and when I can start using the domain name.

Please note that I've already sent emails to both [email protected] and [email protected] but I haven't received any replies yet.

Please ignore the above post.

I received the 'Order Finished' email soon after I made this post.

No problem and thank you for the follow-up.  Your order not only required verification,  but was in 'Needs Approval' status.  Because of this,  we had to manually approve and process the order during business hours.  You should not experience similar delays with future orders.

That order is complete now,  but you can always contact us after completing your verification if your order is in 'Needs Approval' status.  That'll speed things up a bit.

Hi, in order to place a bit I did a 'prepay' transaction (2012/12/29    2007006) and one day later I won a domain auction (2012/12/30   2008328). I pay using my credit card, but both orders still are on status 'Processing'. I hope all goes well so I can use the domain that I bid on.

Yes, all is well.  It is normal for auction-wins to take 3-4 days to process.
