I've purchased a domain name on 17-Aug-2012 (Order id: 1869580) and I've completed the phone number verification on 18-Aug-2012. The 'Account Summary' page shows the order status as 'Processing'.
Could you please tell me when the order processing will be completed and when I can start using the domain name.

Hi, I have the same problem. I prepaid on papal and it still says 'processing' one day later. I have won a bid on a domain which has to be paid in 9 hours but have no idea how I pay with my pre-pay balance.

I'm getting a DNS error for this page.

What do I do?

There was an issue connecting to the Registry, but looks like that was resolved the day you posted here. Thank you for your patience.

Am having problems with my order: 3843484. It's still processing and I need the domain URGENTLY.

Looks like your order was pending verification. You should be all set for future orders now.
