The FTP server appears to be working. Are you receiving any error messages?

Ok, I have asked one of our engineers to look into this.  We have tested the FTP server ourselves and were able to successfully login and upload a file through FTP.  Is it possible for you to use a different FTP client to see if the problem persists?

Also, you may want to consider using our web-based interface if there are any files you wish to upload right away.  Steps to do this can be found here:

How do I access my Email plan?

NOTE: We no longer support the "hosting" services in our Email plan (formerly called Email Hosting), including FTP. New purchases of our Email service will only have access to an email control panel to manage emails.

To access your Email plan, please follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your Dynadot account.
  2. Select "My Emails" from the left-side menu bar.
  3. Click on the "Sign in" link.
  4. Your Email Hosting will load in a new window on your browser.

Hello and thank you for getting back to me .
I also host websites on other servers and have always used the same software
and I have never
had a problem uploading to your server .
My software is ok because I am still uploading to other servers ... the
problem is at your end .
I don't really want to use the web based interface .
This is the problem (( 550 Requested action not taken ))
I hope you can sort it out soon this is now the 3rd day

It appears that this problem has been fixed.  Please let us know if you are still having problems with the FTP server.
