Webserver downtime

Hi,

I've noticed a few times recently that webhosting has been down for a while. This also affects login to site to update.

I assume you're aware of the problem. Any explanations?

Also, this didn't seem to happen when I first signed up - and we did get an e-mail if ever the server was down, and an apology, which was good. Now - no email; not even a "Service Status" link on the homepage where we can check what's going on.

The hardware upgrades are complete. The server was offline for about 30 minutes for the upgrade.

Again, we apologize for all the recent downtime.
