• Can I use your Website Builder if I do not own a domain?

  As of Feb 1st, 2023 we do require your free or pro website builder to be linked to an active Dynadot domain.Learn how to connect your domain to your Website Builder.

• How do I give someone access to edit my Website Builder?

  Our Website Builder Pro plan allow you to create a separate log in for someone to edit your website. This is a great tool if you would like a designer or employee to make changes to your site while keeping your personal account information private. To give someone access to edit your Website Builder, please follow these steps: Sign in to your Dynadot account. Select "My Websites" from the left-side menu bar. Click on the "Edit Site" button next to the website builder you want to use. Click on the "User" option on the left-hand tool bar. Next, click on the "Create New User" button. Create your new user and enter their email and password. You can give the link showing on this page (http://yourdomain.xxxx/user/) to the users you want to edit your site. They will need to use their personal email address and password to log in.

• How do I use your free Website Builder and website templates?

  Using our Website Builder is easy! You do need a Dynadot account as well as an active domain however see below to see all the features we provide with our free site builder. All you need to do is visit our website template page and pick out your favorite. (Don't see a template you like? • How do I access my Website Builder?

  Dynadot's Website Builder can help you create a website with easy-to-use, intuitive tools that require no coding. Plus, we offer one free page to start!If you've already created a Website Builder in your Dynadot account, please follow these steps to access it: Sign in to your Dynadot account. Select "My Websites" from the left-side menu bar. Click on the "Edit Site" button next to the website builder you want to access. A new page should load in a new browser tab. • What happens if my Website Builder plan expires?

  If your Pro Website Builder expires, as it's linked to your domain, unfortunately it will be downgraded to Free plan which only supports 1 page and limited functions. Please renew both your domain and upgrading your web builder plan.

• Can I preview the website I created before I publish it in my Website Builder?

  Yes, you can! To see a preview of your website, please follow these steps: Sign in to your Dynadot account. Select "My Websites" from the left-side menu bar. Click on the "Edit Site" button next to the website builder you want to preview. Click on the "Preview" icon in navigation bar on the upper right corner of the page. Click on the "Desktop" and "Mobile" icons to preview the respective versions of your website. When you are ready to go live learn how to publish your website in your Website Builder!

• Are there ads on your Website Builder?

  No! We do not post any ads on our Website Builder even if you are using the free version. The only thing that we do have on the free version of our Website Builder is a footer that says, "Powered by Dynadot". This can be removed or replaced by upgrading our to our Pro ($20/year) plan.

• I published my website builder. Why it isn't showing up when I try to visit it?

  After building your website using Website Builder, you need to set your domain to Website Builder to make it online. Sign in to your Dynadot account. Select "My Domains" from the left-side menu bar and click "Manage Domains" in the drop-down menu. Check the box next to your domain name(s) and click on the "Action" button. Choose "DNS Settings" from the "Action" list. On the DNS Settings page, select "Dynadot Site Builder" from the top drop-down menu. Press the "Save Settings" button to save your changes. NOTE: To connect a domain to your Website Builder, the domain must be in the same Dynadot account as the Website Builder you want to connect to it. Your domain must be linked directly to your Website Builder before you can set your domain to connect with Dynadot website builder. Please be aware that it may take some time for your settings to propagate.
