• How do I create a custom email address that matches my domain name?

  There are a couple of ways you can create your own custom email address that matches your domain name: You can set up email forwarding. Email forwarding comes free with all domains registered at Dynadot. It allows you to create "[email protected]" and forward it to another email address such as Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc. The drawback of using email forwarding is that you cannot respond with your "[email protected]" email address. You can purchase Pro Email hosting & create your own email.

• What is a "Catch-All" email address?

  A "Catch All" email address is one that you can set up to receive any email sent to any address on your domain. For example, if you only have [email protected] set up, but you have it set as your catch all email, then you will also receive emails to [email protected], [email protected], as well as any typos.Setting up a catch all email is a good idea to ensure that you don't miss any emails sent to your domain. • How many email addresses can I have for my domain on your Pro Email plan?

  Unlimited! There's no limit on the number of email addresses you can have with your domain Email package (Pro Plan).Learn how to create email with your Email plan. • Are there any limitations to your web hosting plans?

  We currently offer two types of web hosting. Each of our options has its pros and cons depending on your hosting needs. Here are a few limitations to our web hosting packages.Our Email Hosting can be used for unlimited email accounts as well as a website (Email plans purchased after 2023/02/01 don't support website service anymore.); however: Email is only for simple, static HTML websites. PHP and MySQL databases are not supported. You cannot upload and run scripts, and there is no cgi-bin with existing scrips like formmail. • Do you place advertisements on websites using your Email or Website Builder plans?

  No, we do not place any ads or banners on websites that use either our Email Hosting plans.We also do not place any ads on any of our Website Builder plans, including our free plan.If you are using our free one page hosting available through our name server settings (which may no longer be available in some accounts), then we do place advertisements on your website.

• How do I upgrade my free email hosting to Pro plan？

  Ready to take your email experience to the next level with our Pro Plan? Fantastic! Follow these simple steps to upgrade: Sign in to your Dynadot account. Select "My Domains" from the left-side menu bar and click "Manage Domains" in the drop-down. Click on the domain name (look for the link). In the email section, click on the "Upgrade" link. Head over to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. You will receive an Order Finished email from us when your order has completed processing.
