My problem isn't solved yet! How do I reopen my support ticket?
We're sorry to hear your problem wasn't resolved. To reopen a support ticket, please follow these instructions:
- Sign in to your Dynadot account.
- Select "Closed Tickets" from the "Tickets" drop-down menu.
- Find the ticket that you would like to reopen and click on the description.
- You can change the status using the "Ticket Status" drop-down.
- Click on "Save Status" to save your changes.
- You should see the ticket listed on the "Open Tickets" page again.
You can also close an open ticket using the same "Ticket Status" drop-down.
