How do I submit a support ticket?

To submit a support ticket to Dynadot, please follow these instructions:

  1. Sign in to your Dynadot account.
  2. Select "Compose a Ticket" from the "Tickets" drop-down menu.
  3. Select what type of help you need from our drop down menu. Options include: Advanced Hosting*, Domain Name, Email Hosting, Other, Site Builder, SSL, and VPS.
  4. You are required to enter a subject and your question or issue in the text box. If your issue relates to an order, please include the order number in the space provided.
  5. Click on the "Submit Ticket" button.
  6. It should confirm that "Your request has been sent" at the top of the page. You should receive a response from our team within 24 hours.

*We no longer offer our Advanced Hosting product, but we do still support it for those accounts that have it.
