How do I submit a support ticket?
To submit a support ticket to Dynadot, please follow these instructions:
- Sign in to your Dynadot account.
- Select "Compose a Ticket" from the "Tickets" drop-down menu.
- Select what type of help you need from our drop down menu. Options include: Advanced Hosting*, Domain Name, Email Hosting, Other, Site Builder, SSL, and VPS.
- You are required to enter a subject and your question or issue in the text box. If your issue relates to an order, please include the order number in the space provided.
- Click on the "Submit Ticket" button.
- It should confirm that "Your request has been sent" at the top of the page. You should receive a response from our team within 24 hours.
*We no longer offer our Advanced Hosting product, but we do still support it for those accounts that have it.
