Sounds like an error in your code. I would check the line the error is referring to, line 1173.

That is far to high for a shared server. The default is 12M, we already bumped it up to 48M for you. Perhaps you should consider a Virtual Private Server.

Viewing this setting would require root access. I have double-checked and the upload_max_filesize for the avocado.dynadot.com server is set to 48M.
Where are you seeing 8? Can you send a screenshot to us at [email protected]?
