How to Increase the Maximum File Upload Size in WordPress
I wanna increase the limit upload on my WP site, is this possible?
teamdynadot replied burdadi
Sounds like an error in your code. I would check the line the error is referring to, line 1173.

Regrettably, we would not be able to increase the upload size that high.

That is far to high for a shared server. The default is 12M, we already bumped it up to 48M for you. Perhaps you should consider a Virtual Private Server.

Viewing this setting would require root access. I have double-checked and the upload_max_filesize for the avocado.dynadot.com server is set to 48M. Where are you seeing 8? Can you send a screenshot to us at [email protected]?
