Who Can Register .NO Domains?

.NO domains are available to:

• One of these types of business enterprise or organization registered in the Central Coordinating Register for Legal Entities

• A private individual over the age of 18 with a Norwegian national identity number

• Must have a mailing address in Norway

Organizations may register up to 100 .NO domains, while private individuals may register up to five.

Note: Applicants must accept Norid's applicant declaration, before entering the domain name subscription in the registration system. Organizations must provide a valid Norwegian organization number. Private applicants must obtain and use a Norid personal ID rather than submitting their national identity number directly to the registrar.
