Is this correct for search the API ??

I have add my home IP and everything

But I get time out on Firefox

Yes, that looks correct. When I add in your key, I get the result:
'ok,
domain0,snapot.com,,no,'

It can take about an hour for our server to whitelist your IP once you've entered it. Perhaps that is the issue.
