Why is my cart empty?

I searched many domains for new registration and save in my cart . These all are not showing in my cart after few domain cancelled for new registration.
Where are my searched domains?

Hello, we sincerely apologize for the late reply. As you may have been aware due to the email we sent out to all Dynadot customers. On September 1st, 2021, the central registry updated the pricing of .com's. If your items were in the cart at this time but not yet purchased, it may have removed them due to the pricing update. Has this occurred again since you have made this post?
