I thought they accept paypal even if they are unverified but i cant process it?

Good, your probably a scam.

Get verified, its easy and simple. Takes almost no time and it makes you look like a real client, and not as stated above.

Dynadot has a good decision on that part, and I second it. It decreases fraud almost 10 fold.

Almost every order I have had from Inda is fraud, your country has a bad reputation for fraud with many companys.

We do accept unverified Paypal payments. You may want to contact Paypal to see if they have some kind of security restriction in place or something like that.
