Missing webpage after business email purchase through Dynadot

Hello,
Yesterday I paid to get business email service through here (Dynadot) and now I cannot find my webpage online anymore. How can I recover my webpage and continue to get email service through here?

Hi, your settings might have changed after you’ve purchased our email hosting service as it has automatically connected to your domain. If you open your DNS settings page your previous settings will still be there. You’ll just have to add additional records to connect it to your email hosting:
