How to transfer Domain?

Hi,

I really want your help i want to Transfer my domain register with registerfly.com the worst i can say? they don't even provide any type of help. They are not responding to my tickect event after 72 hours.

i have .info domain. I requested them auth code for transfer they are not repling me. Is there any other authority where i can compelete about them they are harsing me. My website is down just because of them. Can i transfer my domain with auth code
