how to push domain to another user?

hi I am wondering how to push a domain to a new user. I get an error that says cannot find user based on forum name. This person just made an account yesturday so I could push my domain to him, thanks

Please note that the domain needs to be unlocked before you can push a domain. You can initiate a push by following these steps:

That link doesn’t work! I’m trying to transfer one of my domains to another (new) Dynadot user. How do we accomplish that?? I told the other user to initiate a transfer from her account, and she got the message “that domain is already registered at Dynadot”.

Could you please give explicit instructions for how to do this. The domain is already unlocked.
