Can no longer set sub domain names and DNS for domain?

I come back off holiday, my irc server is down because my irc sub dns is nulled and I went to set name servers where it was before and it just refreshs and doe's nothing no sub dns or anything.

These guys are idiots I just moved house and went on holiday, because I wasn't in the country to do a random phone check they closed my account and refunded me. What a bunch of clowns I am else where even free providers have more options.
