Question about the transfer lock of 60 days regarding internal transfers

Hi,

I have a question about the transfer lock time regarding internal transfers:

Let us suppose that I have just registered a domain with dynadot.com and wish to sell it vis bodis.com to a buyer with a dynadot.com account. Now to my question.

Since all three parties are using dynadot.com, can the domain be transferred within the 60 day limit, as though it were an internal transfer?
