Hello, I made a payment with my debit card for the past 10 hours and it is still processing. Kindly help look into it.

Hi, I’m sorry you had to wait for your order to be processed. We do try to process them as soon as possible but sometimes this process may take a bit longer due to various variables which constitute an order.
