my cridit card in processing mode for too long

Dear All,

I am new customer here. Yesterday I tried to make a prepayment in my account using cridit card so that i will be able to regester my first domain.

untill now the payment is in processing mode and i dont know why it is taking that long to finish

so please can anybody see the problem or tell me if this is normal for any prepayment

Some prepay orders may be delayed due to the fraud detection within our system. In this case, you will usually receive an email from us in regards to the status of your order. Alternatively, you can email us at [email protected] with questions about your order's status.
