I bought hosting from you for my site 4 days ago and my site still isn't working. Is it possible to have a refund for the hosting? I bought the 'Just Right' hosting plan..

It looks like you did not upload an index.html or index.htm onto your webspace which is why it appears that your website is not working. If you want to cancel your web hosting, please email us directly.
