domain status still Processing

hi DynaDot Staff how are you?

dear staff i have puchase a domain four hours ago but i did not get any verfication link :( and also i did not get any phone verification link :(
my domain status is:

Please can someone at dynadot staff explain why our order has not being processed - we have received confirmation of payment

the process is completed, money has been deducted from my Visa Debit Card and i can see it on dynadot payment log, but the order status still on process, please help. :(
