Webmail domain?

Hi again, i just wanted to ask if it's possible to have webmail on my domain? like: mail.MYDOMAIN.com

when i go to that link (mail.mydomain.com) i get the 'Apache is working on your cPanel....'

If it's possible, please tell me how to do it.
