Hi there,

Yesterday my domain expired without my realising. I renabled it as soon as I realised, and it seems fine now for eveyone except myself and a few of my friends who are also with Virgin Media. Is this something that can be fixed via Dynadot at all? We tried speaking to Virgin this morning but they were not particularly helpful.

Hello there! I'm sorry to hear that your domain had expired!
When a domain expires, the website does shut down. The disabled website can be down for 24 to 48 hours after renewal. Each temecom company, like Virgin, needs to update their system to reflect the active domain's DNS, and that can take some time.
