How to Install Bootstrap 4?

Hello all,

I'm coming from Bluehost to Dynadot. I transferred my domain, and I added email hosting. But I'm new to this and learning. I have used Wordpress for the longest but I've fallen in love with the admin dashboard templates with Bootstrap, along with the responsiveness.

How do I easily install Bootstrap?
I would also like to utilize my Bootstrap Studio so I can automatically publish my website built on it, however when I try to do the setup it tells me the CNAME record already exists. Anyone have familiarity with this?
