Customize error landing page with website builder?

Is it possible to customize the error landing page, aka the page that shows up when you mistype one of the page names? It looks a bit plain compared to the way my site is designed and I'd love to customize it.

The current text in it reads:
"We couldn't find the page you were looking for. This is either because:
There is an error in the URL. Please check the URL and try again.
The page you are looking for has been moved or deleted.
You can click here to return to our homepage."

I'm not sure if customization is just not an option or if I'm just not figuring out how to do it.
