Why ASCII .cn have the promo price and IDN no?

The .CN central registry is only giving discounts for the ASCII .CN names. They did not give any discounts for the .CN IDNs.

Transfers for CNs are at the regular price. But on April 1 there will be another CN promotion which can be used for transfers and renewals. We will post more info soon.

Neither the current CN sale or the next one applies to IDNs.
