NO BUSINESS EMAILS

I have no access to business emails atm.. this is the error message I receive when I attempt to log into my c-panel account:

This site can’t be reached
peach.dynadot.com took too long to respond.
Try:
Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

I have rebooted EVERYTHING in the office and this has not worked, I have contacted online chat - they know nothing. Is your server down and if so when should we expect this to be up and running? We had email access on Friday and now on Monday no email access...
