MySql permisions

Hey guys,
I have noticed few days got that I can't do insert into an table. Here is screenshot of error message:

We have granted all privileges to your database. We have also upgraded MySQL on your server to version 5.5.37.

I have this same problem. I would love if I could receive the same upgrade and privileges on my account. The help would be very much appreciated.
