access cpanel for domain

i own a domain that is hosted here on a vps and I cannot login to my cpanel to change name server or edit anything like an sql database please help

The plan you have with us includes zPanel, not cPanel. You can retrieve the zPanel login info through the following instructions:

Once you log in, run the command 'cat passwords.txt' without quotes.
