Unable to bid auction domain

Hi,
I am unable to bid as my account seems to be banned.

I have owned a domain bid previously and made the payment for the same but due to bank issue payment have been returned to me after 24 days.

Maybe due to this my account has been banned from bidding. Pls unbann me so that I can bid for domains.

If you need I can show you the screenshots regarding the payment issue.
