Transfers taking a long time to fire?

A while back when I did transfers to dynadot, all the transfer attempts would start at the same time (approx) and I'd auth the transfers via the dynadot linsk int he email, and they'd be on their way.

These days, the auth request emails trickle through, sometimes taking days to show up.

Is this a bug or a feature?

We have been having trouble loading whois info from some other registrars. That may be the reason you are seeing slowdowns.

I would have to see your order to be sure of the reason. You can email us if you want us to look into it.

I think I've figured it out.

Tucows is having trouble with their WHOIS server - it's timing out a lot. THat will be delaying the auth emails.
