I parked my domain and there have been 10 visitor but it does'nt show any RPC or RPM. Why?

You may have gotten 10 visitors for your domain, but none of them clicked on any of the links on your parking page.  That is why there isn't any RPC.  As for your RPM, you may not have gotten enough visitors to generate any sort of revenue.
