Rejection Notice if my Marketplace Offer is Not Accepted?

Am I supposed to receive notification if my offer for a domain in the marketplace is rejected? I have offered on a domain multiple times (in increasing amounts) and have heard nothing from the seller. I have also messaged the seller to ask if the domain is still for sale as the name servers were recently changed yet it is still listed. I have heard nothing.

Is this usual?
