Manual approval for purchased domain

what is the point of having a manual approval if you purchased a domain? it will just delayed the buyer which will cause domain to be register by others. i dont understand the point of delaying our purchase that take hours before approval.

Hello and thank you for your question.

Our system will sometimes flag an order if it thinks the order should be manually processed.
We do this to prevent fraud and ensure that all customers and their accounts are safe.

I can understand that this can sometimes take longer than anticipated, and I know that can be frustrating, but I do assure you that we do it for the sake of safety of our clients and to prevent fraud.
