You will regularly hear from people that are unhappy, but rarely hear when people are happy.

We don't lose money when our site is down, so maybe to some, that is not as important as other sites. But we do save lives with our site, and to us that is very important.

There have been a few times lately that DynaDot has been down, but I feel that they have worked hard to rectify the problem.
Overall, we're happy with the service, and also happy to see them answer all the snide remarks and comments on this forum. I don't see them ignoring or evading questions or comments.
Everything is a work in progress at times. Even the "big" servers have their issues.
Just wanted to give the staff at Dynadot a bit of a pat on the back.
Please remember people, kindness and respect don't cost you anything and go a long way. Remember that there is an actual person that is responding to your posts.
I would and have recommended DynaDot.

Thank you for the nice post. We really appreciate it.

It is certainly true that running a business is always a work in progress. Every day we are working on new features to add to the website, or fixing bugs in our system. Sometimes things don't work as well as we like them to. When that happens we work hard to fix the problem.

Having an open forum on our website is a double edged sword. On the one hand we get lots of great feedback from our customers. We feel we understand the needs of our customers better now with the forums. On the other hand, when a problem arises, everyone knows about it because it is posted in the forums.

But we feel keeping an open and honest dialog with our customers is extremely important. When there is a problem, it is best to openly deal with it, instead of pretending it does not exist. So in a sense the forums keep us honest, because if we do something wrong, we are sure to hear about it from our customers.

Once again, thank you for your kind words.
