domain registered at dynadot hacked

i m nikhil

according to the order 49587 i had registered the domain
but i had parked the domain at sedo
everything was fine when one day i got a good offer
and i was abt to sell it
but then i couldnt sign in dynadot

then i found my passy and then signed in but the domain had vanished
.......
so dynadot people are telling that this is happend due to
sharing of personal information

if we give a who is search

its tellin tat its registered to nithanth kudige ..
he is my friend (classmate)
he told me tat its not registered to him either

so who is responsible for this now
