  • What are the POP3, SMTP, and/or IMAP settings for my domain email in your Email plan?

    To access your POP3, SMTP, or IMAP settings, please follow these steps: 登录您的Dynadot账户。 Select "My Email" from the left-side menu bar. 点击“编辑站点”列下的“登录/编辑”链接。一个新页面将应该在新的浏览器窗口中加载显示。 Choose the email account you want under the Mailboxes section, located in the bottom left corner of the screen.   • How do I set up my Email plan in Microsoft Outlook?

    To set up your email with your Email plan in Microsoft Outlook, please follow these steps: Retrieve your POP3 and SMTP settings Open Outlook and enter your email address. For Incoming, select your preferred type (POP/IMAP). The server hostname should be "webhost.dynadot.com." The port should be 995 for POP and 993 for IMAP. Make sure the 'This server requires encrypted connection (SSL/TLS)' option is selected. Under 'Outgoing mail' enter 'webhost.dynadot.com' as your server and '587' as the port. From the 'Encryption method' drop-down, select the 'STARTTLS' option. Leave the 'Require logon using SPA' option unchecked. Hit the 'Next' button to complete your set-up. Your settings should look similar to what is shown below: A Record Example Note: If you already have Outlook set up with another email address, you will need to select 'Account Settings' from the 'File' menu and then select the 'Add new account' option before proceeding with the steps above.   • Can I connect to my Email plan with an IP address via an A record?

    Yes, you can connect to your Email account via an A Record; however this is not recommended as we cannot guarantee that the IP address will always remain the same. If you use the "Dynadot Hosting" setting, our system automatically updates any IP changes, but we are unable to do this for those with a custom DNS configuration, so the update would need to be done manually from within your account following these same instructions below. The current IP address used by our Email plan is 13.52.28.221, 13.57.119.71 and 54.153.83.56.   • How do I connect my domain to both my Website Builder and Email plan?

    As of Feb 1st, 2023 any Website Builder emails will be migrated to your Email plan. To link to your service, please see below. To connect your website builder: Sign in to your Dynadot account. Select "My Domains” from the left-side menu bar and click "Manage Domains" in the drop-down menu. Check the box next to your domain name(s) and click on the "Bulk Action" button. Choose "DNS Settings" from the "Bulk Action" list. On the DNS Settings page, select "Dynadot Site Builder" from the top drop-down menu. Press the "Save Settings" button to save your changes. NOTE: To connect a domain to your Website Builder, the domain must be in the same Dynadot account as the Website Builder you want to connect to it. Your domain must be linked directly to your Website Builder before you can connect to the Website builder using DNS. Please be aware that it may take some time for your settings to propagate. To connect your email: Sign in to your Dynadot account. Select "My Domains” from the left-side menu bar and click "Manage Domains" in the drop-down menu. Check the box next to your domain name(s) and click on the "Bulk Action" button. Choose "Email Settings" from the "Bulk Action" list. On the Email Settings page, select "Dynadot Email Hosting" from the top drop-down menu. Press the "Save Email Settings" button to save your changes.   • How to create users and associate them with your hosted emails?
