To find the FTP settings for your Email package, please follow these steps:

1. Sign in to your Dynadot account.
2. Select the "My Hosting" tab in the main menu.
3. Click on the "Login/Edit" link in the "Edit Site" column. A new page will load in a new browser window.
4. Scroll down to the bottom and you will find the "FTP Info" section.

NOTE: We no longer support the "hosting" services in our Email plan (formerly called Email Hosting), including FTP. New purchases of our Email service will only have access to an email control panel to manage emails. Customers with existing, active Email Hosting plans can use the instructions above to find their FTP settings.
