How do I change my Dynadot account password?

To change your Dynadot account password, please follow these steps:
- Sign in to your Dynadot account.
- Select "My Info" from the left-side menu bar and click "Account Settings" in the drop-down.
- In the "Change Password" section, click the "Change Password" button. (You need to unlock your account first.)
- Enter your current password as well as your new password twice. Here are some password tips.
- Click on the "Change Password" button to save your new password.
Unless an error occurs (usually due to the new password not matching in both fields), a confirmation message stating "Your password has been changed." will appear. An email notification will also be sent to the email address on file to confirm the update.
NOTE:
- If you are unable to log in to your Dynadot account or have forgotten your current password, you can reset your password directly. Make sure the email address on file is accurate so the Forgot Password email can be received without any issues.
- After completing your account changes, remember to re-lock your account. Go to "Security" from the "My Info" drop-down menu and click the "Lock Account Now" button in the "Account Lock" section. If the account is not re-locked manually, the system will automatically re-lock it after 1 hour.
