Unable to receive emails but can send emails
Hello, I am having issues sending emails to my dynadot accounts that are using my domain name. I can send emails no problem from these accounts. I get the following errors when sending to [email protected] from my gmail account: ------------------------ Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently: [email protected] Technical details of permanent failure: Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain bluekoncer.co.uk by sitebuilder.dynadot.com. [166.88.19.42]. The error that the other server returned was: 550 recipient unrecognized ------------------------ I have also sent emails to this address from other email accounts and this fails as well. I do not have Email Forwarding configured\enabled. Is there something that I have configured incorrectly? Thanks

Support kindly updated my MX records which resolved the issue.

Your settings seem correct. Are you testing email from within your Email Hosting account or through an email client?

are you using free webhosting ? or vps or what ? can you tell me more ? and upload SCREENSHOT
