How do I access my cPanel account in basic hosting package?

I am not an tech savvy but familiar with cpanel and ftp account. But, I am not seeing neither cpanel nor ftp files in the dashboard. I have just setup the account 2 days before. Help Needed

Basic Hosting does not include cPanel and cannot be used with WordPress. You would need the Advanced Hosting package for that. You can use FTP to access your webspace. Please refer to the steps below for more information. [help=97]
