I purchased a domain and made payment from my paypal balance and it has already been few hours but still my order status shows pending and i haven't received any mail or communication from you.

Till now nothing has been done. Your support service is not good at all. Now it seems to be the correct decision to cancel my order. But even after contacting your support, sending you a mail and posting on the forum, you have not cancelled the order and refund the money till now.

We received your order and payment today, but the order is pending verification. An email was sent to you today with instructions. Once you complete that, we can finish processing the order.
