I'm in real need of selling my website, so I'm selling both the domain name and the website together.
The website is a piece of software developed by myself. Of course, you don't have to sell it as it's only a content management system, but it's taken a lot of time to do.
Written in PHP, needs a few fixes here and there such as templating system mainly.
It's been in development for some while (over 14,000 lines of coding including an admin control panel - not including HTML), but had to stop because of seperate work and college.
