What is the possible way of setting up different MX Records for my subdomain, forexample
I have pointed www.example.net to Google's MX Records but i want to point sub.example.net to another MX Record of my Own.

That kind of configuration is not currently possible with our DNS system.

DynadotDNS is really good but if you need more advanced features have you tried EasyDNS?

TXT records (known as SPF & DKIM) are required to send and receive email with Mailgun.
Different MX Records for Subdomain
