Afternic DLS v Sedo MLS

Does anyone have experience of using these? If I am registered for Sedo MLS can I also activate Afternic DLS at the same time on the same domains and will they pull through okay when somebody searches for example on Godaddy or Dynadot? If somebody buys one of them via a registrar who will get the sale, Afternic or Sedo?
