I tried to unlock my pin and wasn't able to, now I'm being asked to send personal ID information that I'm not comfortable sending and risking identity theft, and support isn't helping even after showing proof and asking for other options to identify I'm the owner of my account (email, phone, payment methods, payment dates, source of domains, and more)
Is there any other way to unlock my pin or is dynadot just denying me help unless I share delicate personal identifications??
In a modern time where I can verify who I am by a lot of other methods I find this one very risky.

This is abusive and we have to hold Dynadot accountable. I doubt this forum will matter (or will stay public) so take it to public social media.
